1099-DIV — Dividends and Distributions
For taxpayers with dividend income and distributions reported on a 1099-DIV, including stocks, mutual funds, and other investments.
This add-on applies when you received one or more Forms 1099-DIV or a consolidated brokerage tax statement. Upload every form and the complete consolidated statement, including corrected forms.
The amounts reported on Form 1099-DIV may receive different tax treatment depending on the box in which they appear. Ordinary dividends, qualified dividends, capital-gain distributions, and nondividend distributions are not necessarily taxed the same way. Some distributions may also affect your investment’s cost basis even when they are not immediately taxable.
This is a form-based add-on charged in addition to your selected tax preparation base service fee. The displayed price reflects the service tier selected during purchase. This add-on is not a stand-alone tax preparation service.
Multiple investment accounts, foreign taxes, nominee distributions, liquidation distributions, missing basis records, or other specialized investments may require additional forms or services. London’s Tax will explain any revised scope and fee before proceeding.
This is a digitally delivered professional service. No physical product will be shipped. Your dividend and distribution information will be reviewed and reported as part of your primary tax preparation service.
Either party may cancel the engagement in writing. Fees for work already performed and any approved costs remain due.
